Anita Grant and Suzanne Lee established Islington 4 Women in 2017. The two women met when they were nominated as ‘Bold Women for Change’ in Islington, and the rest is history. Both equally outraged by the Radio 4 report which claimed Islington to be the worst place for women, they decided to create Islington 4 Women to do something about it.
